Find spectacular views and all-inclusive living at VIU2, right across from Parliament Hill
With the demand for rental properties so high right now, the arrival of VIU2 in downtown Gatineau couldn’t have come at a better time. Located in a prime location just across the street from Jacques-Cartier Park, the marina and Parliament Hill, the 24-storey building will feature 159 rental units on its first 18 floors and promoters of the project promise an “all-inclusive” lifestyle that will set it apart from its competitors.

As for the all-inclusive amenities of VIU2, Miron ticked off a long list of addons that come with each unit, including five appliances (stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, washer and dryer), electricity, air conditioning and even free wi-fi. Another unique feature is VIU2’s use of the 1VALET smart building system, which controls access to the front door using facial recognition while also providing a host of other amazing smartphone-centric features that simplify the lives of residents. As for the units themselves, there are 11 different models to choose from, all with spectacular views, hence the building name: VIU2 (pronounced view two). Some look out across the Ottawa River towards the Parliament Buildings, while others let you watch the sun set over the Gatineau Hills.
